Under the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act, no aftermarket modification can void a factory or extended warranty unless the modification can be determined to be directly responsible for the failure. So if you have drive train problems in the future and you want it fixed under warranty, if they prove that it is due to the lift, then you are screwed. Otherwise, you are ok.
