I have a 2000 Dakota sport ext cab with a V6. Love the truck but just wish it had a little more punch (i know, i know, i shoulda thrown down for the V8).
So does anyone have any good suggestions for a "cost effective" way to get some more horsepower out of my V6?

Look on the performance page there are post all over the place for V-6s like us there.
mods you should think about are less restrictive exhaust either flowmaster or gisbon seems to be the preference on this board, also an intake either from airraid or intense performance, check out www.speedtweaks.net lots of good stuff there.
