2002 quad cab 4.7
Bought my truck used. It does not have the V8 magnum badges on the front fenders, and I do not have the black quad cab badges that I see on the back door pillar. Did my truck come from factory that way or did someone take off the badges?

My 2001 4.7 has no engine badges.
It has the QC badge though.
Badges, we don't need no stinkin badges!

Good day fellas? I have a 2000 quad cab with the full decals, awhile ago i lost one of the decals on the front fender, when i went to order a new one, the dealer had told me that the fender decals were removed because all the new daks 2000 plus were all coming with the fender flares and DC decided to get rid of the fender decals as it looked to crowded on the fender, and the rear body pillar decals as well, last i heard was that only the 2000 quads where the only ones with the full vehicle decals, but i have seen some 2001's with only the rear piller decals.

My 03 4x4 QC has 4x4 stickers on the rear fenders, and says "Dakota" "Dodge" and "SLT" on the tailgate, NO badges on the front fender and no Quad Cab stickers on the pillars. I bought it brand new so I know that is the way it shipped. I believe they halted the chrome badges either in 2001 or mid 2002..

I bought my 02 QC new, and it does not have Magnum or QC badges. I had only stickers on the front doors and tailgate, which I have removed entirely. I have only the hood badge to actually identify the truck.

2000 was the last year for Engine badges. 2001-2004 will NOT have engine badges. 1997-2001 Side door badges saying Sport or Dakota SLT. Rear tailgate says Dodge. 2002-2004 Tailgate badges saying Dakota sport or SLT other side of tailgate says Dodge. 2002-2004 has NO door badges or Engine badges.

I have a 2002 SLT that has door badges and tailgate badges, no engine badges. Maybe it was a 2002 mid-year change to delete door badges.
