I have a '94 Dakota with a 7 1/4 rear end how do I tell what ratio it is 3.55 or 3.90?

you could check in your glove box, i know it shows the ratio on the sticker in there for most dodge trucks

could also take your vin number to a dealership, they should be able to say what you have
