You get what you pay for (if you're lucky). I've always been partial to fiberglass, but alum is lighter. Get one with two locking handles, one on each side. It's more of a hassle, but they are more secure. Skip all the extra doo-dads unless you really plan on using them all the time: Clothes hooks, lights, sliding windows, pass through, etc.

hey dude? how can we recommend one when we don't know what you are using it for or even what style you want? look at google under fiberglass caps and see what is out there narrow it down then sak for all the good and bad on the two you narrow it down to.

You may consider one of those canvas shells. I forget the name, 'canvatop' or 'canback' or something? Anyway I saw them put one on a Sierra on that tv show 'Trucks!'.
