Make sure to disconnect any wiring...I'm guessing there may be an airbag sensor in there possibly? Also make sure you remember where any bolts/washers and stuff like that go. I've never done it, so I'm just giving you some common sense stuff that could be overlooked.

get the biggest socket wrench you have, a breaker bar would
help on the 4 main upper bolts on both sides of the radiator,
soak it with some wd-40 if you still can't get them loose, they
are a bitch, don't attempt to crack the nuts on the underside
that are attached to the frame rails because they are tack welded
on, remove the 2 bolts at the other end of the bracket on both
sides, you might want to remove the lower bracket bolts first so
it doesn't fall on you

He has it right, remove the bottoms first and after the top 4 watch cause itll want to fall forward on you. No airbag sensors to worry about ..only foglight wires if you have those. Its really pretty easy.

Thanks Guys, I never had time to tackle it yet. I did take a look at it how many bolts are there. Do I have to take the plastic facia off first.

The plastic facia comes off after the bumper is off the truck. When you put the bumper back on, leave the bolts a little loose and tighten them up as you align the bumper the the fenders. The bumper needs to be centered, level to the fenders with an equal gap on both sides. The toughest part of replacing the bumper is aligning it to the other body panels.

You might need to place a couple of large washers under the mounting brackets to get the bumper into proper alignment. If the right side gap is 1/8 and the left side is 3/8 it's going to look like crap, use a couple of washers to get the gap equalized.
