 Subject: undercarriage rust

I just got my 2004 SXT. I ordered it from the factory so it wasn't sitting on a dealers lot or anything yet there is a considerable amount of rust underneath. It is on the drivetrain, stabilizer bar, muffler etc... Why is this? Neither the dealer or dodge will give me a straight answer on this.Any ideas?

Give it a month, the paint will fall off the frame also. Then the body is next.
