I'm undecided which truck to buy. Came down to three: Dakota V8, Frontier Supercharged and S10 all 4X4. Any comments?

Thanks

Nick

I've had a Toyota 4x4, Chevy S-10 and a Dakota, get the Dakota, hands down, especially the V8. More power than the supercharged Nissan anyway. You won't be disappointed.

We had a Geo metro and the frontier was like driving a 4x4 geo metro. NO Power but the supercharger may help. Plus if you need a 4X4 with legroom, go with the quad cab dakota. It is like an off road luxury car to us. My wife and i have 2 kids and they fit well in the back with all the toys... of course, 4.7L v8 was our choice but expect gas mileage for the auto tran between 12 - 16 mpg. We get 14 mpg on average. Salesmen claimed can get 21. We all know they lie!!

I work at a Nissan dealer and I chose the Dakota v8 over the SC Frontier. I couldn't be happier! The Frontier's and new model Nissan's have a lot of backordered parts.

Nitro...I am a "Die Hard Ford man",but go with the Dakota, you will love the power from the 4.7L ,the room in a cc cab,the ride, handling, the gas mileage is good for a 4000 lb ride.Every auto has it own set of problems.I love my Dakota.
