does anyone know why all the older transmissions downshift out of od. whenever you let off the accelerator no matter how fast you happen to be going? Ive had 2 93s and they both do the same thing.

Ummm... my 92 doesn't do that. It was failing to go into OD, and torque converter wasn't unlocking at stops. Turned out to be stuck solenoids. Shifts great now.

pressure sensor bad or not set right..
