 Subject: Dash Guage Fuse blows

I have a 97 dakota sport, v6. For a while now the fuse for the tach, speedo, etc... has been blowing... it has gotten to the point now where if I put a new one in then it just blows it right away. Is there a dealer recall on this for my year of trucks... how can I fix this problem?
