 Subject: Pnuematic arms?

My friend is building his own tonneau cover, but we aren't sure where to get the pneumatic arms/actuators or whatever you call them. I know that generally an actuator is motor driven, where as the regular arm is gradual pressure controlled. Anyone have any ideas where to get the regular arms? thanks..
