Just so you guys know, this month's Truckin issue is loaded with Dakotas. It has two feature stories on two separate Dakotas and coverage of the R/T nationals. The SSBC Dakota is gorgeous!!! Best modded Dakota I've seen. Anyways, take a look if you haven't. Read the "letters" section too.

i remebered it being like this last year to it seems they give daks a month of coverage after RT Nationals. then they only run a dak or too through out the year.

I picked up this issue yesterday and it has provided me with some great reading material while sitting on my porecelin throne!! Great mag, I used to never miss an issue but like you guys are saying, Dodge's are the read headed step child of the aftermarket truck scene. great mag all and all

I haven't subscribed to TRUCKIN' for several years now. I just wait for the occasional Dodge article to "invest". SPORT TRUCK has a Dakota section this month.

ya, a small section. if it aint chevy they dont have anything to say. whoop de do....install some apc tail lights. now that was thrilling. some coverage about some chimps installing a pair of headers on some clowns r/t. took 'em about an hour. my a$$ and hour. repetition or not, it takes longer than an hour. i have to stop wasting my money on them rag magazines, but i'm hooked. good crapper material.

The mags are driven by the aftermarket (advertisers), whoever pays the bills calls the shots.
It's pretty obvious the whole mag is a big ad to convice us to buy 'x' from '"x"-inc'
If an aftermarket supplier comes out with a new doo-dad for the s10 crowd, you know that the mags will be filled to the brim with s10s showing it off.
If only the aftrmkt would produce more Dak ready stuff, we would see more of 'em in mags.
