I didn't see on single dakota at Raceway Park this evening. I saw a few rams running between 16.25 with a hemi up through 18.5. I then went to the 'drifting' area... wow what fun that looks like. I have a lot of experience doing that on the street and in parking lots but I would like to get a set of pizza cutter used tires and show them how to do it right!

so I take it you didnt run your dakota then?
hehe drifting would be fun in a dakota, I never tried it in mine. I used to do it in the 89 escort I had, it ws FUN lol!!

I drove it there but didnt run it. It was spur of the moment and I dont have a helmet. The most impressive car I saw there was a guy who had an old shadow and custom fabricated a twin turbo with alcohol injectors. It was his daily driver and ran 12.3... He fabricated it all himself and one of the components inside was made of a campbells soup can.

Those shadows can run pretty good. I always wanted a stealth twin turbo, until i got my DAK... i have to say that I’m satisfied with my truck, i wont be buying a car anytime soon LOL! If i do get another dak, it will be a loaded v8 cc 4X4!
I wonder what 1/4 mile time i could dog out of my truck. I hope for at least a mid/low 16 LOL!!
