What is the best way to level my truck?

i was thinking of 2" lift in the front or 2" drop in the back? What are the pros and cons of each?

Where can I get kits for one on another?

personally, I don't lift it if its not 4wd so my recommendation would be lower the rear 2". There are a ton of ways to do this:
1. Hotchkis rear 2" lowering springs (best)
2. Lowering shackles or spring hangers
3. 2" lowering blocks

#1 is the best way to go no matter what. These springs are awsome.
#2 can cause a rough ride
#3 can cause axle wrap

The price goes down from 1 to 3 and so does quality and ride. It's all your decision. They will all work.

CyberWolf - thanks for the reply. I'm looking at the Hotchkis catalog and they only have 3" lowering springs, any idea who else may sell 2" drop leaf springs?

yeah - i forgot about that. Their rear springs drop 3" and are made to be used with their 2" front coils.

i have a block and shackle. the ride is stock, all you are doing is raising the factory leafspring up. and i have no axle wrap when i launch the v8. you get axle wrap when you take off the overload spring, which also causes a rough ride.

the hochkis springs will ride rougher than #2&3 combined and cost more.
