Is it difficult to change my 94 Dak Sport from a V6 to a V8 and would I need to change the engine mounts?

what V8 do you wanna install what year ? what year tranny are you gonna run or are you planning on running your stock tranny?

I just put a 2002 360 in my 95 dak withthe stock tranny (rebuilt like crazy of course)

there were some minor changes but they can be dealt with

2002 360 with M1,KRC 210X,Mopar PCMCustom 3000 Stall Convertor, B & M Ratchet Megashifter,R/T Rims,
MOPAR Performance triple nickle plated Headers!!!!! Mopar polished Valve covers, Hughes roller rockers, windage tray, ported TB

I take it that your insalling a 318? I wouldn't think you would need engine mounts and you don't have to beef up your tranny if its a 46RH. But more than likley you got a 42RH.

If you install a Magnum V8, it'll fit the same mounting points. A pre-Magnum only mounts by the ears, so you'd need the bolt-in crossmember kit from engine_swaps.com. If you use the 42RH, it'd need serious strengthening to be reliable. The 46RH has larger guts, and will hold up better with less aftermarket beefing.
