Should have changed the supplier. The previous balljoints were terrible.

That's what I read on the NHTSA web site too, the joints are different from 03 on. It may take another year or so to really see what effect that has on the incidence of problesm.

So far on here all I've heard is a couple of front end problems on 04s that turned out to be something different that needed to be greased or lubed that has some of the same symptoms as a bad joint.
