 Subject: Tail Light Failure

Could anyone offer suggestions in fixing my tail light failure in my 99 Dakota? The light for the license plate does not work at this time either. I have headlights, reverse lights, brake lights, and blinkers all work fine. All fuses seem to be ok. Which fuse is specifically for the tail lights, the parking light fuse?
This problem could of potentially happened when I plugged in my trailer lights. At least this is when I first noticed the problem. No trailer lights and no tail lights. Thank you.
