This is a Dodge Dakota board. Your post is not related to Dakotas or even Dodge. You should have put it in the off topic section - or, better yet, EBAY.

Go read the Dealer Recall board. Most of the questions there don't belong there.

Who are you anyway? Just another nameless troll playing net cop, that's who. If the guy who owns the board doesn't care, why does anyone else? If you want to be an anal retentive moron, go start your own board and police it like the Nazi pinhead you sound like and then see how long it lasts.

I've read the Dealer Recall board, thanks. It has threads like "Bad Ball Joints", "Warped Rotors", "Bad Ball Joints", "Bad Ball Joints", and "Bad Ball Joints" - not "Old Ford Taurus for Sale."

"Why does anyone else care?" *I* care, because I have to wade through all this crap. That makes me a troll and a Nazi pinhead?

Well the ball joints on my 02 quad cab have some play and I only have 20k miles.
How is that "Off Topic"
Maybe when someone brings their dak in to the dealer to have some new ball joints put in they will need another car to drive around.

KBB blue book on that 92 is a bit lower then the asking price, plus the fact that it has been in a wreck (the dent) and not been properly repaired lowers the price even more. '96's in my area are KBB at around 3500, in perfect condition, so no way is a '92 with damage worth that much considering that they loose 1000 a year at that age.

Joe C.,
I'm not defending Ford by any means, but I can answer your question, "who the f--- wants a Ford Taurus?". There are and there were many people interested in the Ford Taurus. It was the #1 selling car in America for 7 straight years. Even after Toyota squeaked it out for first place the Taurus remained the #2 best selling car in America. So, wake up and smell reality! Maybe the question you should have asked is "who would want a 95 Dakota".
