I just got back from the Cleveland auto show at the IX center, where I saw all the new mopars!!!! the srt-10 was sweet as hell! the chrysler 300c hemi was pretty bad ass too, but the 2005 dakota was worse than the pics!!!! it sucks!! looks like the damn colorado from behind, front is worse than a durango, and the black paint looked brownish. I saw the pics, and figured it would look better in person, but I was wrong! This thing is hideous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Between the ugliness and the very shoddy parts Dodge continues to use, it's safe to say my next truck will NOT be a Dakota.

praise the lord there is a santa clause. i was told by my dealer that it was to late to order a 2004 dakota (a week after i did) and god forbid i would have to get a 2005. after seeing the pics of the 2005 i was in a depression (lol) after the dealer sprung the news on me. thank god i work at chryslers and i had everybody and their mother getting involved and not only is it gonna be built but it is now at the front of the pack to be built and is at the gateline right now. thank god i did all the work on this or i would be stuck with a mustang or something. lol.
