Subject: Foglight tricks on 98's

OK, so I have a 98 Dakota, and I tried the relay trick to make fogs work with hi-beams... just turns on the fogs permanently - even with the ignition key in my pocket. Found the writeup here for 2001's to pull/splice two leads from the Central Timer Module... but there is nothing behind the drivers kick plate. Besides, what I WANT to do is make it so that the fogs are on if the button switch is on and the ignition is on... regardless of whether the parking lights, high-beams, low-beams are on or off. Any ideas how to do that? And where's the CTM on my 98 anyway? US model, SLT extended cab. Thanks!

In the dash end on the passenger side. Will probably have to remove glove box to get to it.
