just a question. the problem is my dash lights went out on me the other day. i just put a new head unit in and everything was working fine for about 2 days then all of a sudden my cluster lights and lights around all the a/c stuff won't come on when i turn my headlights on like normal. the lights on the radio still work and all my gauges operate normally. i've checked all the fuses and made sure the dimmer switch is turned up. anyone have any suggestions or fixes? i searched the forum for similar occurances and found a couple who had this problem but never saw what they did to fix it. any help will be much appreciated. thanks in advance for the help. the truck is an 01 R/T if that makes any difference.

oh yeah and another thing i just remembered is i noticed about a half a day before they went out that the bottom half of the illumination on the a/c knobs were fading. like they were not as bright as the rest of the background lights. hope that makes sense ha
