I am upgrading from my 15x7 rims to some 16x8 rims in the next few weeks. My ? is will my lug nuts on my 15x7 rims work with the 16x8??? thanks

Shouldn't be a problem as long as both the wheels are the same material (steel vs. allum.) It's the bevel on the back of the nut (or where it meets the wheel) that is critical. As long as it has the same angle you'll be OK.
