A good place to start is a good washing. I use Zip Wax car wash by Turtle wax. It is available at Walmart.

I follow that up with a nice waxing. I like the liquid waxes over the paste waxes. YMMV. This can also be purchased at Walmart.

If your tires are looking a little dingy, spray them down with a degreaser (Also good for the rims) and wash it off. If you are feeling extra ambitious, maybe a little tire dressing? It makes your tires really black. This stuff can also be purchased at Walmart.

Oh, if the inside is dirty, a vacuuming can help.

Any information other than the above depends on what you think that nice looks like.
