 Subject: 2001 rear bumper plastic piece

I have a 2001 dodge dakota. I noticed yesterday that the bottom plastic piece on the passenger side of my rear bumper was hanging off. All the clips holding the piece to the bumper are broken. The color is Patriot Blue. I would like to replace it but I am having a hard time trying to find the part. Does anyone know where I can find one at?

I have seen the painted rear bumper covers on Ebay, other than that the dealer or a wrecking yard. Ebay is going to take some time to find the right color, but surely is going to be cheaper.
If the cover is in good shape and only the clips are broken why not glue it back on? Apply some silicone to the clip areas and maybe some close to the edge. Tape or clamp the cover on until the silicone dries and your set. Did this on my old truck and the trim peice was affixed to the bumper better than the trim peice with all the stock fasteners in tack.
