 Subject: Tire Problem?

I have a 2002 QC with Goodyear RTS stock tires. A few weeks ago, a lady lost control of her car in front of me and I had to brake very aggressively to avoid her. I was going about 70 and had to brake and swerve to the right. Since then, I am feeling something that I can only describe as the sensation you get when you hit a seam in the road. When going between 10 and 30 MPH, I can feel a "lump" in one of the tires. However, I cannot find a defect in any of the tires. I suspected a tire may be out of balance, but the truck runs smooth over 50 mph. This board has always been very helpful I appreciate any suggestions or advice you may have for me.
