Does the 2003 Club Cab SXT have stake holes on the bed rails. I have the factory tonneau cover on and cannot see them. I ordered a sportmaster roll up tonneau cover and they say it mounts in the inside of the bed. I want something to protect the bed rails while hauling. I only have the underrail bedliner. Anyone have any ideas

No, there are no stake holes on the bed rails. You can buy some of these, though.
