I was wondering, I have seen some of these 2" front suspension lift's and was wondering if adding one of these and some larger tires will affect my warranty. If it does, how much. Also if I added two inches to the front what size tires will I be able to fit. I have a 2001 4x2.

You should probably be able to fit 32's on 15x8's with a 2inch suspension lift. As for the warranty, changing the suspension is one thing that dealers get real snotty about when it comes time to fix something under warranty. They can find a way to make the suspension lift responsible for almost anything. I would wait until you have had the truck a year or 2 or the miles are close to being out of warranty before doing the lift if you are worried about that. I plan on lifting mine as well, but by the time the lift is available and I have the money, I will be close to being out of warranty any way.

if you change something on your truck, you will void the warrenty on that perticular part, or items affected by that part.
Example: i have a 4/6 drop on my 98. my suspencion is void of a factory warenty, but im covered by the aftermarket company that disigned the lowering kit. if say my radiator failed it would be under warenty because it is not effected by the modified suspencion.

if i had a supercharger and the head gasket blew, i probably would not be covered because it (most likely) is a result of the SC
