Their customer service sucks sh*t! Calling and emailing is pointless. Its a shame because their intake setups look pretty sweet. Anyone else have problems with them??

Just the facts? Ok, I ordered an intake from them on Nov 3rd of this year and have yet to recieve my product. They conveniently withdrew $170.05 from my account on Nov 4th. I can't reach them to find out if my order has been sent or even processed. My bank says I have to wait 90 days before I can file the complaint with them. I've emailed them to no avail. I've called them at all times of the day but I keep getting an answering machine.

Do you work for these suckers, Mr "ummm"?

Got mine in a week from when I ordered - I contacted them about twice for general questions (spoke to a human - English wasn't the greatest,,but we spoke). Also got email confirmation of ship, and a track#.

I thought they were pretty good.

I've never had a problem reaching one of the people who work at 360AirIntakez either by telephone or via e-mail. I've been using their air intakes for two years and think they're great.

Try using their e-mail/phone again - if you can't reach them drop me an e-mail with your contact and order information and I'll personally run it over to their shop (I only live a few miles away from them).

I purchased one from hughes engines.
Hughes took care of me when the heat shield was not shipped with original product.
I also email 360 with a concern about their instructions; a diagram and more detail would have made the install a little easier. They were very receptive to my concerns and addresses them all the same day. I am pleased with my product and customer support experience.

I am not trying to downplay your issues, they are valid, but give them another chanse and I am sure that they will come through for you.

This is a very popular time to take time away from work and spend with family, keep that in mind as well.
