Is there a max speed that you can set the Cruise Control on?

I tried setting mine on 85 and it just went back down to about 79.

I tried everything. The cruise is working fine at other speeds.

Anybody?

CC is operated by vacuum, I believe. You may have a vacuum leak some where.
