You can voice your opinion right on their website. Although, I doubt you'll get any results. I posted a complaint about a particular dealer and about the problems I've had with this truck. All I got back was "We've made great improvements since the Daimler merger..." They never even mentioned the dealership part of the complaint.

Ya .. got mine going into Krebs for the second time this week. Turns out I wasn't checking the balljoints right. The service manager explained to me the Dodge way, which I don't see how you could ever have a 'bad' joint checking it their way. So, I asked why my wheel was moving like it was (about 1/4" play at top and bottom of tire when the truck is jacked up). They told me I have to bring it back in this week. Why didn't they just fix it?

If you want a really sucka$$ dealer, try Deihl's in Butler. What a bunch of monkeys!!!!!! Had to take it in four times to have the e-brake release handle fixed.

Boomer -- if you find a 'good' dealership, let me know. I'd love to have my truck fixed for a change.

My truck is a 2001 4.7 CC which I bought new in July of 01. Believe it or not, it only has 12,000 miles on it. Started hearing the clicking noise from the rear when I had around 9000 or so on it. Took it to Krebs 4 times. 3 Krebs techs also heard the noise. Twice they sent it back saying they couldnt duplicate the noise, once they sent it back saying it was the trailer hitch, once they said it was the front brakes. What a crock. Ray was the service manager for each time. He was completely rude, and fed me bullsheet each time. He is being sent back to the old New Ken shop now due to his incompetence. This last time, Chris Dietz handled it, and diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it by cutting the rear drums. This was well within the brake warranty. He also told me that Dan Krebs told him they had spent enough money on diagnosing and fixing the truck, and it is not to be touched again without getting his approval. Real nice customer relations huh? Did I mention I sent them 4 peoples business who also bought new trucks there? I think I will be taking it to Oakmont the next time it needs warranty work. Stay away from Krebs unless you deal with Chris Dietz...trust me.

I Think the brakes suck too. I have a 02 quad and its so nice that 03s have 4 wheel disk. Also its nice that they killed the 3.9 on the 04s.Wish i would have waited 2 years.Anyways i took my truck to the dealer told them the brakes suck and dont stop well. Also when braking if i hit a bump the brakes almost cut out all together. They told me it the normal operation for 4 wheel ABS. Ok But i only have rear wheel ABS. They couldnt explain.
