I had these quick questions
a.)Is this all I need to drop my '99 clubcab Dakota R/T?
b.) Can I use my stock shocks?
c.)How far can I drop the truck with stock shocks?

I didn't look at the kit but 2/3 is generally the limit for stock shocks. Even then your dak won't ride so good. Get some shocks that are tuned for the application. Your back will thank you.
