Message: Just received the CD version of the 2004 service manual for my 2004 4.7 liter 4x4 5spd manual quad cab. Page 1 of the manual states that the manual I purchased is merely a supplement to the 2003 service manual. Do I have to go out and buy the 2003 manual now, or does the 2003 manual say something similar about having to have the 2002 manual?
