 Subject: PCV rattles loud when truck is running??

On my 95 3.9 I just put a new PCV and it rattles really loud when the truck is running. When I put my hand on it, I can actually feel the rattle. What would cause this?
I pulled it out of the vavle cover when the truck was running and it definately has a lot of suction but the rattling noise just wont stop.
