 Subject: How do you remove fuse box?

I have a 99 Dakota. I want to tie into 2 of the lines leading into the fuse panel but don't know how to get access. Is there a way to get this panel free enough where I can tap into some of the lines?

you have to remove the back panel of the fuse box to get to the wires. just remove the left kick panel and you can get access to the panel.
