 Subject: R/T Wheel Center Cap Poping Noise

When I drive slow my R/T wheels make a loud poping noise coming from the plastic center cap. I have tried re-seating,kicking, punching etc. but nothing will make the poping go away.
The noise only comes from one wheel and as far as I can tell the center cap is not bent.
Any suggestions?

My center caps do that too. I only notice it after I park while the brakes are cooling down.
