Hi guys,

My name is Ben and I have been a long time lurker of these forums. Well this is my delema. On September 8th I ordered my loaded and amped thunderfrom for my 2000 dakota CC from EliteCustoms.com. At first I was warry of ordering from jonas but I have heard from many mebers here that he is a great person to deal with. I was originaly going to order from nexxon.com but I was told by many never to order from there.

Part I - The order. So I e-mailed Jonas back and forth for a few days and I finaly desided to order from him (his price $435.00 shipped!). Well when i called Jonas answered and was VERY helpfull and profesional. I was quite please he took my credit card # and my address and promptly e-mailed me a my reseet (sorry for the sp). I was also told that the item would arive the next monday. needless to say I was impressed.
Ok so everything was going great. I was preparing to move up to my college and I awaited my package. So the next monday comes around and I have no package. N/P I said probably just a day late. But just to be sure I called Jonas back to make sure.

Part II - Iritation insues. Upon getting ahold of jonas he said that the item was on backorder and that it would be shipped in 2 day MAX! UGG I was upset but I understood. Sometimes things don't always go right. Jonas told me that On wendnessday (the 17th) he would e-mail me a copy of my tracking # and all would be well. saddened by the news and the fact that I resived NO NOTICE ABOUT THE BACKORDER I awaited my tracking #.

Part III Meltdown. well wendnessday arrived and I was sent no tracking # or other e-mails. So i called again. This time to only get the answering machene. Ok I will just leave a message and they will e-mail or call me back right??? WRONG!!! Thursday I called eary in the morning No answer. I called again later in the after noon. NO ANSWER. ok ok ok not a problem they are probably out for the day I an sure that if I leave an e-mail I will get a reply. so off to the net I go. I write a though e-mail regarding the where abouts of my package. Well anyone who has ordered from elitecustoms.com knows that if you e-mail there company you will instantly recive an e-mail back to verify that it was recived. I got my verification and i sat back and waited.

Part IV - Nuclear winter. well gentelmen (and women) here I am. almost 2 weeks have passed since I have been able to reach jonas. I have left 7 emails!!! 5 phone messages!!!!! and I have made a total of 53 CALLS!!! once every hour that they have been open. today is wednessday the 24. I am moving up to my college to start school. I can no longer wait here from my package. I have not ONCE had a call returned or a e-mail responded too. I have NO package and I am leaving. This is TOTALY UNACEPTABLE!!! So you fine people are my last resort befor I have to call the better buissness bureu. Please if you know of ANY way to reach elitecustoms, jonas, or his boss John PLEASE I beg of you reply. I still very much want my package. but now I will have to dirve 2 hours south to come back and pick it up from my home. All I realy want it to know it HAS BEEN SENT and where it is.

I thank anyone who had the resolve to read my entire article. I still belive that jonas and elitecustoms are a good company and will do the right thing but like I have said thoughout my post this is unaceptable.

The part about Bernd is not a joke. I don't know if you guys discussed it, but I was under the impression that Jonas is in college himself. This is totally a side business for him and he may be just as busy moving in as you are. I have also heard that he is having some business troubles, as well.

I'd say keep trying. Calling that many times in 2 weeks may have kind of annoyed him, so he may be letting you sweat a little bit. All I can say is Be Patient. Backorder is Backorder. If Jonas doesn't have the product, and the manufacturer hasn't made the product, then there's no way Jonas can ship it to you.....

I heard from Jonas this morning. The MTX Thunderforms are on back order, one of them that was delayed arrived at his shop today to be shipped out. Try contacting him again at the phone number listed on his site or via info@elitecustoms.com.
