Hey all, I just wanted to post that I ordered a Loaded MTX thunderform from Elite Customs (AKA Jonas Janek AKA RedDak) a month ago, and although my credit card has been charged, they haven't shipped my box and won't return my phone calls or emails. I recomend not buying from them and if anyone else has dealt with these people (or person as the case may be) please post and let me know, or email me at Ominous39061@yahoo.com.

I had the same problem as you did Ominous. It's a miracle if they answer the phone or return your e-mail. When they do they're very friendly, but it's always one excuse after another. Our e-mail was down, we were on vacation, we're going to research the problem, the item isn't in stock, bla bla bla.

Tell them that you're going to have your credit card company stop the charge and they'll listen real quick. That's what I did and after 3 weeks they finally shipped out the item a couple days later. Even though their prices are low, I would NEVER buy anything from them again, it's not worth the hastle.

Yeah, on this last voicemail I explained about blocking the transaction, filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Granite City Police Department and they called me back about an hour later. They said MTX was backordered (pass the buck) and they would be shipping this week. He didn't apologize or explain why my daily phone calls were never returned. I agree with you completely Chris: prices are low, but it's not worth the hassle.

I am in the same situation. I ordered on the 8 th of this month. they keep telling me it is back ordered and now it seems that they will not return any e-mails or hpone calls. PLEASE TELL ME if I sould file a complaint with the BBB. or what I can do to get my order ASAP

First off, Elite Customs Inc is fine. We did have some major server issues resultsing is some very delayed emails. This was caused by switching our servers, all is fine as of yesterday after the big hassel.

Second, If people are emailing PremierAutomtve@aol.com or KatzkinLeather@aol.com or JJJJJJFOX@aol.com or any of the premierautomotive.net email address that we used to use they are gone, no longer used, and you wont get a response. I apoligize for this. Also, please make not of our new number. It is 618-877-2664.

Next, BACKORDER: When a product is not in stock and the manufactuer does nto have any available either. When this happens we do not know when a product will arrive and in the case of MTX, they do not provide updates or tracking to us, it simply gets here when it gets here. I have tried to rememdy this with MTX but it has not worked.

Matt, your Thunderform arrived today, it is on the dock to ship out tonight. You have been emailed your tracking number.

Neil, can you email me a link to the Delphi forum, I believe I have another vendor who is possibly bad mouthing me purposly trying to "steal" business.

Sam, nice to know your still "in the family"

As far as we have on record, everything that has been ordered has shipped aside from one loaded and amped thunderform that I is still on back orderd.

If you have an issue simply send us your Name, number, Order number via email so we can take care of it.

Thats very manly of you.. Make a fake name, with no return email, and no name.. gotta love the internet..

Tell you what.. give me a call.. or come by the shop and Ill be happy to let you talk to my hosting provider and see exactly what we are doing. We are completely revamping our website and with the expansion we did not have room on the server, so we had to copy everything from one hosting provider to another and then reconfigure the nameservers, etc.. Anyone who has ever changed servers has gone through this.

We also still accidently had PremierAutomtve@aol.comand some other obsolete email addresses setup as default response email causing lots of lost emails.

Regaurdless.. its fixed now.. you can even try it..
