Truckperformance. :( they equal blah
Basically, READ SMALL PRINT. They charge 20% restocking fees (how hard is it to take a cat out of a box, put it in a new one, and put it on the shelf)? Just for canceling an order they can/will charge upto 10% of what you are ordering (comon, they dont even do anything)....just my rant for tonight :( and my loss of about $40 (for shipping the god damn part back and the restocking fee).

Was going to buy some side steps (3" bars) for my '03 Dakota from Truck Performance, but after reading these messages of gloom and doom, I decided not to deal with these people. Instead I went to:

It a good thing that I did. 123 had the same steps from the same manufacturer (Westin) for about $57 LESS. Delivery was in 4 days.

Holy crap, 57 less....thats good. And delivered that fast...Truckperformance took 3 days to actually send my stuff to ups (billing and EVERYTHING was done, they just had to get off their a.ss and give it to UPS).
They lost my business. Thats all I got to say now.
