I've seen a lot of posts about knocking or pinging, but none seemed to describe what mine is doing. I have a 99 R/T with just under 60,000 miles on it. I just started noticing a knocking when I accelerate just until it switches gears. It does this through all of the gears then goes away. It seems to only do this during light acceleration, but I'm not sure if my exhaust just drowns it out when I step on it hard. I've changed to autolite 3923's, taylor wires, changed the pcm valve and use nothing but premium gas. I am also not noticing any power loss nor am I burning oil. This is just really bugging me. Any help would be appreciated.
