Subject: oil cooler

I have a 2000QC 4.7. Does my engine have a sufficient oil cooler? It was overheating so I replaced the fan clutch, thermostat, and had the radiater pressure tested and cleaned. The radiator is only 15k miles old. The truck still gets too hot when I am in deep sand for 2 minutes or so going hard in 4WD at the beach. This is deep sand the kind that you can not stop in. The air temp here in corpus christi is about 95F. Do I have a problem and would a bigger oil cooler fix it. What else can I check in the cooling system?
