 Subject: AC recharge pressure flux question

Okay I put about 10oz in maybe less into the system. But I am not sure when to take the reading.
The compressor is cycling between high pressure and lower pressure.
The air is colder but not as cold as it was when new.
For those who use the rechagre kits available, it was going from the high green, to the high yellow and back to the high green.
Do I add more in so that when it on the low cycle its in the blue or is there enough in there. I fear the if its in the blue at the low cycle it will be in the red at the high cycle.
Again, since the compressor is cycling and I am getting two readings (high and low), which one do I use?

Is the compressor turning on and off too? It'll do that sometimes when there's not enough in the system (and when it's off, the pressure equalizes between the low and high pressure areas). Bring it up to blue and it should be alright.
