You can read all codes and see the readings from all sensors in real time. You can see stored info like fuel trims. You can program original VIN numbers (one-time) on a new PCM and also make changes to speedometer calibrations. You CANNOT do custom programming or change any fuel or spark calibrations or tables. You also cannot disable the speed or rev limiters with it either.

No custom programming with DRB.
Any new programming comes from DC to the shop computer; then downloads to DRB, then downloads to PCM.
