Scroll to the bottom of this page and fire off an E-mail to abuse@carolina.rr.com with the IP addy you specified above saying how you are getting spammed with repetitive virus-laden E-mails coming out of their domain and you want them to end the abuse. This should hopefully get the wheels turning and they should reply to your E-mail quickly.

Thanks for your help. I did send a message to that service.
I also linked that IP tracer site for future ref.
I will wait and see what happens.
I notice a lot of familiar e-mail address from this site and some other Dakota Sites as sending this virus around.

No prob, forexfour, glad to have been able to help.
With all these virus going around many ISP's are starting to consider this abuse a violation of TOS because of bandwidth concerns. They are warning offenders and shutting down their service if they don't comply so I'd like to think RoadRunner will get this resolved for you rather quickly.
Like Doug4.7 said it's the user's responsibility to keep their system updated and sad to say not a heck of alot do and the rest of us suffer unneededly.

Updating is a good idea, anyone with newer than windows 98 should be sure to get the lovesan patch too, makes you disconnect from the internet and it comes in from the internet rather than e-mail. Had to run debug program several times before I was completely rid of it.
