My 5.2 is getting tired. 120,000 miles and is starting to fall apart. Plenum gasket needs to be changed, water pump is making noises, no power what so-ever. If I were to get a 360 from KRC or Hughes would is bolt right up to the tranny and work fine if I could get a computer out of a ram or durango?

Get a flexplate from a 5.9 as well, they are externally balanced.
Should be an easy swap.
Check beforehand if trading a 5.2 core for a 5.9 reman will be a problem.

I assume you have an automatic, the torque converter I believe needs to be changed. On manuals the flywheel needs to be balanced. I got a mopar pcm for my 360 and I know of people using their stock pcm's. otherwise everything else will bolt right up.
