 Subject: R/T chrome rims

i just bought my 03 r/t a week ago and completed my first detailing
when i washed my rims i saw that the chrome indide the split in the "spoke" isnt chromed copletly...all four wheels are the same
are all the r/t rims like this or did i get some focked up rims?
