$1.939 gallon Regular Unleaded
$2.099 gallon Diesel
It was last sunday i believe...a not-so-bad-by-todays-standards $1.83 then it shoots to $2.15..yes $2.15. Thats a ridiculous 32cents within minutes..now i dont care what kinda crap comes out of your mouth there is NO reason whatsoever that gas should fluctuate that much. The next morning it was already down to $1.98. Its a stupid mind game and we're falling for it. The oil companies (not president bush you morons) are making millions off of Americans docile attitudes. Do some research..youll see the Oil companies all posted PROFITS last year, and not marginal ones either. Sorry for the rant..its just BS

The other morning I left to go to BLockbuster and see what movies were in. I passed the gas station by my house on the way and it was 2.14. When I came back in the other direction 10 minutes later it was 2.15.

everyone has to make a living, even the oil companies. just be glad you're not paying that $2.something a liter instead of a gallon. i am sure the euro's are paying way more than $2 a liter.
of course, you could always have them drill a well in your backyard.

well, hang on. after the BP gasoline plant in Texas City blew up yesterday. expect a little more. that one plant produces 3% of the nations gasoline.

quit crying, gas hasnt beeen under a dollar or over 2.00 in the past 15 years for a steady period of time. but lets see, we all want raises every year, cost of living and such, right.so how does the oil companies pay their employees wage increase every year, their rising cost of operations. i say shut up. lets see, in 87 the average cost of a dakota was what, about 7000.00?
now its what, 21,000. do you think an increase on dakota production would bring their prices down. get real. i dont like the prices either but lets face it,gas prices have not increased every year as much as somethings have. college,cars,trucks,milk,auto& medical insurance
and jiffy corn bread muffin mix, just to name a few.

The average gas station holds about 10,000 gallons in the underground tanks. Let's say the fuel in the ground is already paid for, and the price is increased $.01 per gallon. There's an EASY $100 in SOMEBODY'S pocket. Now multiply that over thousands of stations, and thirty or forty more pennies: CHA-CHING$$$$$.

prices here are $2.15 for reg. (87 octane)but the lowest is a BP station that is $2.11 for reg.
This is going to be a pain for me when I[hopefully] buy a V8 auto 4x4 cc dakota within the next 4-5 months, especially if it's the 5.2.
Hopefully the gas will go down by then! Probably not though.
