I am wondering how difficult it would be to replace a 87 style grill with a 93 grill. Is it just a matter of bolting it on and hooking up the new lights or is there other modifications necessary to complete this upgrade.

the 2nd gens are a bit wider i believe and you would need new mounting points

hood is different gen 2 sticks out a little more and also different core support that the grill mounts to not saying it cant be done but to do it right could be expensive

good news is fenders are the same so you dont have to worry about making them fit or replacing them forgot to post the good news on my last post didnt want it to be all bad news for you
