 Subject: Wanted: 3.92 gears for '00 4x4

I am hoping to find someone who has replaced their 3.92 gears and is looking to sell them for a decent price. I need both the front and the rear in the 9.25" size. These 3.55 gears are killing me after putting on these 33" tires. You can email me at dakota2000dude@yahoo.com.

i am not possitive, but i don't believe the front axle is a 9.25. I think its a Chystler 205 which is 8". I could be wrong though

He said for the front and the rear in 9-1/4". He means he has the 9-1/4" rear axle, not the smaller one that is offered in Dakotas. All of them have the same front axle.
