If anyone needs to make a complaint to start an investigation for defects on your Dodge you can call NHTSA (people saving people) at
1-888-327-4236 (8am-10pm Mon.-Fri.) and they will take your info. also will GIVE you info. on recalls for your Dodge. If the investigation proves a defect it can save us all alot of money. Yesterday my husband and I could have died because we were on our way to S.F. Airport and suddenly our truck's steering went crazy and threw us into 2 lanes to the right. On the way back it did it again but this time we were alert that something could be VERY WRONG. It's going to the shop today. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
