Subject: tranny slipping?

Message:
I have been noticing an unusual "slipping" by the tranny when at full throttle. But it doesn't happen everytime - and when it does, its only when shifting into drive, and only under full throttle. What happens is when I either start off wide open or kick into passing gear - when it starts to shift into drive it seems like right as the tranny shifts it just flies into neutral and revs real quick. I can let off and then hit it again and its fine but it really is pissing me off. And like I said it doesn't do it all the time just like once every two weeks or so. Is my tranny going out? Any suggestions or similar probs? thanks a lot.

I dont think this is the problem but did you check to make sure that your tranny fluid isn't low.
